TRAVELODGE BY WYNDHAM NEW BRAUNFELS, New Braunfels – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and the bed was great, but they were supposed to be smoke-free, yet had a noticeable odor. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being rude while others were very compassionate. The location was convenient being right off the freeway, but there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom and the combined space for amenities was too small. The dining experience was not up to par due to cold coffee and dry donuts. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were decent.
